It's what new personal chef clients usually want to know first ... what are you going to make for me?
So today, I wanted to share a few recent client orders for you to get a taste of what's to come if you hire me as your personal chef.
Each week, I send a proposed menu to my clients via email that they can either accept, add to, or adjust based on their preferences. This way, you're not dealt a huge book of options that just creates more work for you, and, I can balance the flavors you'll have available to you for the week so you can always satisfy your cravings.
Meal Prep Client #1
This client requires a 100% plant-based menu, nothing mushy (think mashed potatoes, pudding, or yogurt), absolutely no raw tomatoes, and easy reheating in the microwave. They prefer a breakfast they can eat right then and there while I prepare the rest of their menu for the week.
Breakfast:
Vegan banana pancakes with fresh berry compote
Snack:
Green bean salad
Lunch:
Butternut squash bisque
Entrees:
Cajun bowls with sweet potato, kale, and lentils
Savory mushroom risotto

Meal Prep Client #2
This client requires a strict vegan menu with absolutely no processed foods; everything is made from scratch with nutritional value in mind. They prefer grab-and-go items that either don't require reheating or can be reheated in a pan, pot, or oven.
Entrees:
Roasted red pepper & kale farro bowls
Broccolini & bean bowls with miso mashed sweet potatoes
Kale & lentil soup
Chana masala with wild rice
Lions mane mushroom tacos with spelt tortillas, guacamole, cashew queso

Meal Prep Client #3
This meal prep client has a dietary restriction that requires their menu to have a low glycemic index; no potatoes, beans, rice, or other extremely starchy foods allowed. They also lean toward Indian flavors. However, they do eat regular, dairy cheese and ask that it be incorporated.
Entrees:
Indian butter tofu
Asian tofu lettuce wraps with julienned vegetables
Ratatouille with celeriac puree
Collard green wraps with walnut meat and creamy almond dip
Vegan raita
Cauliflower rice
Snack plates with cheese, olives, and nuts

As you can see, personal chef clients benefit from having a totally personalized menu, whether that be how they portion out their meals, whether they order snacks and dessert, and how they meet their nutritional needs. Best of all, they don't need to plan these menus, shop for them, cook them, or clean up afterward! It's all included in the daily rate for personal chef services.
What would your dream menu look like?
